Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary depending on the time of year or day of the week. For your security, the Spa and Hotel Le Finlandais may require the card used to make the purchase online and a valid ID upon arrival.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges :
If cancellations are made less than 24 hours prior to your spa reservation, the full amount of your reservation will be charged to your registered credit card. No changes will be allowed less than 24 hours prior to the reservation. In the case of a hotel reservation, the registered credit card will be charged for one night’s stay. Gift cards are not exchangeable or refundable.
Specific terms and conditions for the Spa :
The minimum age for access to the baths is 16 years. For individual massages, you must be at least 18 years old. We suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to fill out a health form. Towels, swimming suits and sandals are mandatory throughout your visit to Spa Le Finlandais. Towels and bathrobes are available for rent at the reception. Sandals and swimming suits are also available for sale in our shop. Lockers are available free of charge, and the locking mechanism is provided. Food is not allowed on site. Being a place of relaxation, we ask all our visitors to remain quiet and discrete during their stay. For the privacy of our visitors, we ask that those on site do not use their phones to take photographs or engage in any activity that may disturb the peace and relaxation of other guests.
Specific terms and conditions for the Hotel :
Normal check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 12:00. The entire hotel is non-smoking. If you plan to visit the spa, you must check in at the hotel beforehand. All personal information we collect is kept in a secure environment. Our employees are required to respect the confidentiality of your information.
Specific terms and conditions for the purchase of gift cards :
We accept Spa le Finlandais gift cards less than one year old that mention in their description a package containing at least one overnight stay. Other cards are not accepted at Hôtel le Rivage. At the hotel, you can purchase access to the Spa le Finlandais thermal experience, as well as Spa le Finlandais gift cards. The conditions of access and use of these gift cards should be checked directly with Spa le Finlandais.
Use of materials on Hotel Le Rivage
Hotel Le Rivage maintains websites for your entertainment and information. The trademarks, service marks, brand identities, titles, characters, trade names, graphics, designs, copyrights and other properties appearing on the Hotel Le Rivage websites are protected intellectual property used by Hotel Le Rivage and/or its related companies. These properties may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, published, transmitted or distributed in any way, except that you may, for personal, non-commercial use only, download one copy to your personal computer. In order to protect these valuable assets, the Hotel Le Rivage prohibits any other use without its prior written authorisation. Except as expressly provided above, nothing herein shall be construed as conferring any licence or right under any copyright or other intellectual property right.
